Stage 5A Almost Sold Out

We have recently released Stage 5A and it is almost sold out. Stage 5B will be released soon. There are 62 lots in total with sizes ranging from 350sqm to 674sqm. Many of the lots are opposite a new park. We will shortly start establishing this park, which will add a great amenity for all residents.

We are also looking forward to the opening of the new IGA and other specialty stores within the mini shopping centre planned for Hammond Park. It is located on the corner of Russell Road and Macquarie Blvd. Residents in Eden Green will be able to walk down and pick up their milk, bread and fresh produce. Great for all those budding Master Chefs!
