It is great to see how Eden Green is developing into a community with over half the 500 lots sold and people moving into their new homes. The Park Hive Shopping Centre and the Quarie Bar and Brasserie has added some terrific amenity to the area – people are buzzing around. I enjoy spotting people walking to the shops getting their groceries instead of using cars.

There is something for everyone available in the land sales department. We have one 350 sqm cottage lot available up to a large 662 sqm park front block. There are also plenty of 550 sqm lots with generous frontages of 17.75m at $272,000. Home and land packages are available for $450,000.

I can’t believe we are already close to the midpoint of 2011. Time flies when you are having fun they say. We have just released two new stages in Eden Green!

Stage 1 AAA consists of 6 premium central parkland lots. These are between 584 sqm – 663 sqm and located opposite the Land Sales Office.

They are also a short stroll to the Park Hive Shopping Centre and the soon to be completed Quarie Bar and Brasserie. These are some of the absolute best building blocks in Hammond Park so I am sure they will be sought after with pricing starting at $299,500.

Eden Green Stage 5 Cottage Blocks released!

The release of Stage 5 has been very successful with only a handful of lots now remaining. We have now released 7 new park front lots. The park has just been completed with manicured gardens, seating and shade structures. It will become a great place for residents to relax and unwind. Stage 5A Almost Sold Out

We have recently released Stage 5A and it is almost sold out. Stage 5B will be released soon. There are 62 lots in total with sizes ranging from 350sqm to 674sqm. Many of the lots are opposite a new park. We will shortly start establishing this park, which will add a great amenity for all residents.
