Cygnia Cove Update

Cygnia Cove will be an exclusive enclave on the Swan River consisting of approximately 185 single residential blocks and 4 grouped housing sites. The majority of blocks will be sized around 450 square metres with a 15 metre frontage, allowing you to add your personal touch to your dwelling. We expect to release stage 1 around June 2010.

Stage 1 will be located around Manning Road containing the Display Village. We are currently organizing our display village which will consist of 7 leading double storey builders on Cygnia Parade coming in off Manning Road. We will release subsequent stages working our way down to the Swan River.

We are also finalising the building guidelines for Cygnia Cove paying close attention to build form and environmental sustainability.
