34 blocks sell in 4 weeks at Eden Green.

Eden Green is a 500 lot master planned residential sub division in Hammond Park. Sales at the current Stage 4 of Eden Green have been exceptional. In the first four weeks of the release 34 blocks of the total 51 have been sold. Six lots of buyers camped out for two nights to secure the block of their choice. The vast majority of purchasers say that they buy at Eden Green because of the great location, the nearby infrastructure (including train) and the huge central parklands which encourage community interaction.
